Chef Aaron Anderson joined Harlow’s as Executive Chef and decamped from Luxe hotel/ FigOly restaurant in Los Angeles. Originally from Indiana, Aaron Spent a few years in Portland Oregon, were he immersed himself in the sustainable, locavore culture. He has been fortunate enough to work with numerous talented chefs from across the nation in Indianapolis, Portland OR, and Los Angeles. he lives in Mission Viejo with his wife and family.
Anamaria E. Osborne
Anamaria joined the Harlow’s team after developing a hospitality management career that has brought her from Romania, to Aspen CO, to Tuscon AZ, and finally behind the Orange Curtain. Her Food & Beverage experience is diversified with hotel, restaurant, and catering successes. Anamaria lives in Laguna Niguel where she continues to be on the forefront of hospitality innovations.
